Video consultation with the specialist
In a 15-minute video consultation you discuss your eyelids, expectations and questions directly with a BIG-registered eyelid specialist. The consultation costs € 50 and is fully deducted if you proceed with treatment. You pay in advance through a secure payment and automatically receive the video link with your booking confirmation.
How it works
- Choose a time that suits you via the booking button. You pay directly (€ 50, deducted if you proceed with treatment).
- You receive a confirmation with the video link. There is nothing to install. Please note: the confirmation email is in Dutch; the consultation itself can of course be held in English.
- The specialist discusses your situation, assesses your eyelids via the camera and gives honest advice on the next step, even if that next step is "do nothing".

Tip: have you not done the self-test or the free photo assessment yet? Start there. The video consultation is often more focused afterwards, or turns out not to be needed at all.

Why does the video consultation cost money?
The specialist personally reserves time for you. The € 50 is fully deducted if you proceed with treatment, so if you go ahead, the consultation effectively costs nothing.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule via the link in your confirmation. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Is a video consultation the same as a clinic consultation?
It is a full discussion of your situation. Before any treatment, an in-person assessment at the clinic always follows.
